What a crazy semester it has been! I feel like I have learned many helpful tools that will come in handy in the near future! This class helped me gain some confidence in the realm of technology. I still feel like there is much for me to learn and master, but since our technology is ever evolving, this will always be the case.
I will be able to apply many things I have learned once I am in a classroom again. For example, I will be able to operate the Elmo and an active board. I have also learned a few new tricks on Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and even some Apple applications.
My view of technology has transformed since January. Now, I feel like I can actually navigate through certain programs. I also feel more prepared to troubleshoot and to try new things. I think that getting a taste of different programs and figuring out new applications has broadened my horizons and I am more excited about technology rather than dreading it for fear of failure.
I enjoyed getting to know each of you, my fellow classmates as well as professor, as we have journeyed through technology together. I know that many of the things we covered in this course have helped me develop a stronger foundation of technology and therefore I will be able to build upon these concepts as new technology develops.
